Three revenue paths

Each one is gated by the one before it. None of the three is live.

1 Not live yet

Per-institute licence

Full administration, the community joining students, teachers and parents, and entry into one cluster.

Who buys
Schools and madrasahs, buying once a year after a committee decides.
How it is priced
An annual licence per institute, priced by size.
Needed first
A sales motion neither of the other companies has, and one reference institute willing to be first.
2 Not live yet

Cluster licence

Several institutes under one board, trust or region, with shared notices, materials and standards.

Who buys
Boards, trusts and education networks.
How it is priced
Annual, priced per cluster on top of the member institutes.
Needed first
The single-institute product working in at least one real school first.
3 Not live yet

Competition season

Hosting inter-institute competitions, with leaderboards, judging and published results.

Who buys
Clusters and organisers running a season.
How it is priced
Per competition season.
Needed first
Enough institutes on the platform for a competition to mean anything.
No code has been written yet. It is scoped as a phase of its own so it cannot quietly consume the delivery budget of the ones with clients already.

It starts with one school

The cluster licence needs a working single institute. The competition season needs enough institutes for a competition to mean anything. Everything downstream waits on the first school that says yes.
