Where it stands

EduBuddy is the newest project under Astral Lab. The specification below is what is being proposed, not what is already running.

No code has been written yet. It is scoped as a phase of its own so it cannot quietly consume the delivery budget of the ones with clients already.

What exists today

A specification and a costed phase. No code, no pilot, no customer.

How it is sequenced

Deliberately staged so a new product cannot quietly draw down the delivery budget of the companies that already have clients.

    One reference institute

    A single school or madrasah willing to be first, and a specification agreed with the people who will actually use it.

    Administration core

    The twelve administrative areas, running in that one institute, with the audit trail in place from the start.

  3. 3

    Community layer

    Students, teachers and parents in one moderated space, then clusters across institutes.

  4. 4

    Competition season

    Inter-institute competition and the cultural season, once there are enough institutes for it to mean something.

One reference institute comes before everything else
